Denise Dendy and Mike Ivins were extremely nice and professional. I had looked at the Acadias many times and decided to drive through to see if they had a new shipment just to look again. It was late and the dealership was about to close. I found "the one". Denise did not hesitate to talk to me even though I'm sure she was ready to go home to her family. She stayed with me and answered all questions I had, even after telling her I didn't know if I was ready to purchase at that time. It was around 7:30p.m. on a Friday when I finally left... with my new purchase. I've had to go back a couple times since to get my plates and a DVD player installed and each time the employees greeted me with a smile and hello. I will not hesitate to recommend their service to anyone.
