I just wanted to thank Junior and the entire service team at Wright Motor Company for the quick and caring response they gave to my mom in her hour of need. My mom was on her way back to Dallas from visiting my sister in Lafayette LA. when she had a small accident resulting in a cracked radiator which my mom didn’t know until the car overheated. She called me up here in Dallas frantic on the side of the road not knowing what to do so I looked up Chrysler repair in Lufkin and Wright Motors popped up along with 3 other dealers. I called all 3 and Wright was the only one that called me back and told me don’t worry they have the radiator and could get it fixed today and get my mom back on the road. They actually picked up my mom and had her car towed back within 15 minutes of the 1st call. It only took 3 hours to totally repair and my mom was able to get back to Dallas before nightfall. I was completely relieved and feel that Wright Motors did an excellent and professional job.
